Shipping Policy

TheHavenly ships the Aerolift Orbit with free tracked delivery.

Delivery time Orders arrive in 3-12 business days from the date you order. This includes processing and transit.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks and weather can occasionally add time. If your order is running late, email us and we will track it down for you.

Shipping cost Shipping is free. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.

Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start showing updates.

Import charges Most orders arrive with nothing further to pay. If your country applies import duties or taxes to your order, those charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect address Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
